Could YOU be the next Face of FOX?
Let me start off by saying, there is no other platform like the Face of FOX. For a person who is aspiring to have a career in television or if you have gone to school for broadcast television, perhaps are seeking the spotlight of an entertainer ,or perusing a career in Film and television like myself this is the job for you. This is your chance to see what it takes to run a T.V. station from the inside and believe me there are a lot of moving parts and things happen fast. You get to experience what it’s like to have deadlines that seem impossible where every one on your team must rise to the occasion in order to achieve success. And lets not forget the immeasurable adrenaline rush of going live on T.V. I promise you this, you will learn a lot about yourself on this journey. From sitting in on boardroom meetings with the President and GM of the station to getting out and meeting all the different walks of life in this great state, to learning what it’s like to work with proffesionals and also how one conducts themself as a proffesional. Now I do believe there is not one career that anyone of us might choose that doesn’t call for skills like these. But I will say this if you don’t enter the contest you can not win!
Thanks or the heads up Elias. I’m looking forward to reading more from you on the go abouts of the position. Oh, is there a possibility to redo my video. I just think I’ve could’ve added more.
Hey Melvin don’t worry about your video, seriously. Focus on getting you friends and family to vote for you by watching your video. And if you make it to the 10 Face of FOX contestants you will then be instructed to do another video. So seriously just keep voting!
Thanks again Elias. I just notified the dean at ITT Tech.(I’m attending)and my classmates all jumped on the phones and computers and watched my video. I actually had the class clapping and wishing me good luck, but they especially liked my play on the accents. I appreciate this opportunity. It has given me a morale boost. As I’ve mentioned before (when I spoke with you at the Mall) I am a retired disabled Gulf War Veteran and I think this gives me more hope of what I can achieve. I’m hoping to be an inspiration for others coping with PTSD and other military related disabilities. This great state New Mexico has an abundance of Military Retirees and War Veterans and since my audition, I’ve felt better about my situations and future as a civilian. I believe I can help many of those coping with a lot of stress’s from returning to civilian life that things DO get better. Thanks for pulling me to the side for this morale boost and this opportunity. OH and thank Nikki for me, for being so nice. I hope I get another chance to atleast take a photo with you both. That reminds me, New Mexico Style has a studio audience? I’d like to get to sit at a taping, if at all possible? Thanks in advance
