This morning on NM Style we had the pleasure of having Lil’ Kristi with us. She is the owner of the Lil’ Kristi’s Tostada Tortilla Chips and comes from a long family line of local food producers.

Today she gave us a little recipe for her ” Lil’ Kristi’s Spicy Tortilla Chip Breaded Chicken” which was extra tasty if I do say so myself. The interview and recipe can be found here.

Here she is on the set talking to Nikki about the brand and how it differs from other chips. From her explanation, I found the chips are gluten-free, and trans fat-free, which was great to hear because I didnt feel as bad finishing off a whole bag in my office today (look below)

Guilty pleasures I suppose…

Anyway, she was an awesome guest, AND she hooked up the staff with some of her chips and salsa. Which was awesome for me because I forgot my lunch today. So Lil’ Kristi, if your listening, thank you for gracing us with your beauty and…tasty tortilla chips. I will def be making a trip to La Montanita Co-op for these! Que Bueno!
