Balloon fiesta is New Mexico’s biggest tourist draw and the Mayor wants to spend a lot of money to put a permanent pavilion out at Balloon Fiesta Park.The plan is to build a 10-thousand square foot structure to use year-round. It would serve as a headquarters during Fiesta and could be rented out at other times.
