Healthy Snacks Segment Series Presented by Smiths Pt 2

Today our healthy snack was Peanut-Butter Granola Balls. An easy on pan snack that can get you and your kids working in the kitchen. Here’s the recipe:


1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup natural peanut butter

2 tablespoons unsalted butter (or butter alternative)

1 cup of rice/corn cereal

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 raisins


In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat honey, peanut butter, and butter. Stil until loosened and smooth. Should take 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in cereal, oats, and raisins.

Drop mixture into balls or any parchment paper into desired shape and size. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Serve
