One neighborhood in Albuquerque’s North Valley has a peacock problem. The birds are bright and beautiful but they’re also noisy and intrusive. Albuquerque Animal Welfare says the city’s had 20 calls about roaming peacocks in the North Valley area since April. Animal Welfare says pinning down whether someone owns the peacocks has been difficult.
