On New Mexico Style

Campus President of National American University –Albuquerque West Campus, Steve Rigney and student Camillah Eagles joined us on the couch to talk about how NAU’s criminal justice program prepares students for a career in law enforcement.

Editor-in-Chief of Travel Girl Magazine, Stephanie Oswald came on the show to give some great tips for stress-free summer travel this vacation season.

Isleta Resort and Casino CEO Pamela Gallegos joined us on the couch to talk about their new logo and brand, bringing more native tradition and elegance to the resort and casino. They specialize in the excitement of a Las Vegas action blended with old world southwestern hospitality.

Raven Rutherford, who usually serves up pies in our Builders Source Kitchen, joined us on the show to perform with her blues band, the S.P.P.(Sweet Potato Pie)  Band.  And she also promoted their show at Ned’s this weekend.

Andy Barnes, Chef at “Dinner for Two” a local family owned and operated Santa Fe restaurant, joined us in our Builders Source Kitchen to talk about the romantic ambience at the restaurant and showed us how to dish up a refreshing cold soup for the summer.

“Travel and leisure” has revealed America’s snobbiest cities and Santa Fe tied for fifth! The magazine based it’s choices on a variety of factors, such as: reputation for smarty-pants residents high-end shopping, highbrow culture, Tech-savyiness, artisanal coffeehouses, and eco-consciousness.
