Twinkle Light Parade 2013December 9th, 2013 at 1:42 pm by brittanyflowers under Face of Fox
The Twinkle Light Parade was this past Saturday and it was a blast!
Although, it was a little cold, the parade was full of the holiday spirit!
All of the floats and trucks were full of twinkle, and it was a magical experience.
Here are some pictures that I gathered:
The ABQ Trolley was the only vehicle strolling down Nob Hill.
Food trucks could be found lining Nob Hill.
Many people brought their dogs out to walk around Nob Hill.
Street performers entertained guests before the parade started.
Businesses in Nob Hill put out farolitos to get in the holiday spirit.
This miniature Rail Runner was in the parade!
The comicon float was awesome! Han Solo and Leia were there!
The Holly Jolly Girl Scouts had 125 people walking behind their float!
The Santa Cruz was a decorated boat!
All of the cars were covered in lights and holiday decorations.
Some floats had cheerleaders and dance teams on them.
Old school VWs were a hit!
What would a parade be without AFD, and a decorated fire truck?
Mayor Richard Berry started the parade by cutting the ribbon.
This year bleachers were brought out so everyone had a good seat.
View of the stage and of people waiting for the parade to begin.
All of the floats and cars were very twinkly.
This was my best parade experience, and I can’t wait for next year!
These were the pictures I was able to get! If you have more feel free to send them to me!
