Throughout the holiday shopping season, we have been introducing you to local businesses in the efforts of doing your shopping on a local scale. In that time, we have seen a lot of businesses with a lot of unique items to offer. David Romero stopped into one of those stores in Nob Hill where even its name makes it unique.

Mother’s day out, father’s day out…there is usually a day of pampering and some time with the friends, but what about the kids?

It’s Kid’s Day Out at the Santa Fe Children’s Museum from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday afternoon. Parents can drop off their kids for four fun-packed hours of exploring winter traditions from around the world.

You will need to bring a healthy and peanut-free snack and lunch. The cost is $35 for museum members and $40 for non-members.

Meet Cisco! His owner, David, says when he left Cisco alone inside for fifteen minutes he got into the trash and destroyed it all!  When David got home everything was mess and Cisco tried to play innocent as you see here in the picture!
