There are so many contraptions out there that promise you a good workout, and it can cost you hundreds–sometimes thousands–of dollars. But why do that when you can just grab a deck of playing cards and get the same results? Here to show us how to do that is Courtney Byrd, a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer.

Many of you are still enjoying that holiday vacation with family and friends visiting from out of town. So the question remains: What can you do to show them a good time? There are many hidden treasures here in town, and one of them is the Albuquerque Museum where David Romero stopped by to give us a look at one of the new exhibits.

Tomorrow on 2 KASA This Morning we’ll be telling you everything you need to know to stay safe on New Year’s Eve. That includes talking about the state’s ENDWI app for your smart phone. It’s free and a great resource making it super easy to call a cab or designated driver. All this and more starting tomorrow at 7 here on 2 KASA This Morning.
The ABQ BioPark Zoo’s new resident Tasmanian devils make their debut today from 11:30 a.m-1 p.m. Zoo admission is $9 for New Mexico residents, $12 for nonresidents and $4 for kids.
Deal of the Day
For $49 you can ride along a professional in a race-proven stock car at NAPA Speedway for three laps. Or if you really want a thrill, you can take the wheel for a 10-lap driving experience. That package is $149 and includes a driver’s meeting, some basic instruction, a few warm-up laps and in-car radio instruction from a spotter.
