Well, it is back to work and school for many of us this week, which may be brain teaser enough to get our minds working again, but it’s also National Brain Teaser Week. These brain teasers are not just good to help develop problem solving skills in our minds, but forming education in young minds as well.

We all know him because of his films like Shawshank Redemption, The Shining and The Green Mile and not to mention his many novels. Now, you can go check out a gallery in Albuquerque with an exhibit dedicated entirely to Stephen King. Here with me now is Jon Sanchez, artist and creator of  “Creepshow: A Tribute to Stephen King” and Jonathan “P.Nut” Perea, also an artist and creator of the exhibit.

You could lose weight and lose those winter-time blues at the same time with Nia Technique! Here with me now is Ashley Biggers, owner of Studio Sway and Beth O’Neall, a trainer at the studio.

As parents we are always searching for ways to help our kids develop healthy habits and build skills that’ll help them throughout their life. One way to do that is through The Little Gym in Albuquerque. Here with me now is the owner of the gym Carol Million.
